How do I start a coaching process? The coaching process starts with a free initial consultation, which lasts 30-45 minutes and takes place over the phone or via Zoom. This is an opportunity for you to describe your problem and get to know your coach. The chemistry between you and your coach is crucial for a successful coaching process.

How long does a coaching process last? The duration of a coaching process depends on the issue and the extent of change you wish to achieve. A minimum of 5 sessions is required.

How much time should I plan for my coaching process? The amount of time you need to commit outside of the sessions is entirely up to you. Most of the work happens between sessions, but this is due to human nature and the neuroplasticity of the brain.

How long is a coaching session? Each session lasts at least 60 minutes. The length of each session depends on your topic. You can also arrange half-day or full-day sessions with your coach.

How much time passes between coaching sessions? It is recommended to have at least 2 weeks between sessions. No more than 3 weeks should pass within a given topic. If the sessions deal with self-contained topics, the interval can be more than 4 weeks.

Who can benefit from coaching? Mentally healthy individuals can take advantage of coaching. The initial consultation is used to clarify the topics and determine if the coach is the right fit for you.

Who pays for the coaching? There are two ways to pay for coaching. You can hire the coach as a self-payer, or your company can commission the coach and bear the costs. The confidentiality of the coaching sessions is not affected by the contract.

Where do the coaching sessions take place? Coaching sessions can take place over the phone, via Zoom, on-site at your company, at the coach's office in Düsseldorf, or during a walk. You can choose the location that is most helpful for your development process.

How are the coaching sessions billed? 50% of the total amount is due upon assignment, and the remaining 50% is due when the coaching contingent is used up or at the latest 6 months after the assignment.

Is it possible to cancel a coaching process? Yes, you can cancel the coaching process if the coach is no longer the right fit for you or if there is no longer any common ground. Cancellation must be done via email.

Is there a guarantee for specific time slots? Coaching sessions must be booked with a written request and confirmation or through the booking link. You have the freedom to book the times that work best for you.

What happens if a coaching session needs to be cancelled? If the session is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance, there is no cost. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the cost. If the cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to the session, you will be charged 100% of the cost.

What happens if a coaching session needs to be rescheduled? If the session is rescheduled up to 4 hours before the appointment, there is no charge. If the session is rescheduled less than 4 hours in advance, you will be charged 25% of the cost.

What is a Self-Assessment, e.g. Birkman or working Geniuses? A Self-Assessment is a tool used in coaching to help individuals understand their strengths, weaknesses, motivations, and behavior patterns. The Birkman Method and working Geniuses are examples of such assessments. These assessments provide insights into the individual's personality and preferences, which can be used to guide the coaching process.
